Party Rental Policy

Payment Terms

A deposit is required for all reservations which is to be paid in either cash, or credit card totaling 20% of the total rental.

Any cancellation of reservations two weeks prior to the reservation date will forfeit any deposit.

Deposits on any cancellations received more than two weeks prior to their reservation date will be refunded their deposit. The deposit refund will be paid in the same method of payment.

All orders for delivery are subject to the first three policies and required to pay the entire rental charge up-front the week of your rental.

Orders picked-up in our store by the customer are subject to the first three policies and must be paid in full at time of pick-up.

All charges will apply whether or not the items were used when on rental.

Cancellations after delivery, will forfeit all payment(s).

Rental Conditions

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide precise instructions for location of delivery and in order to provide precise delivery, please let the staff know where or how you will provide proper location instructions of delivery if no one will be home.

All rented items are the customer’s responsibility beginning at the time of receipt or drop-off until the time of return or pick-up.

Linens are to be shaken out, dry and returned in a garbage bag.

All rented items with the exception of Tents must be protected from the weather conditions. The use of equipment is not meant for weather conditions and they will get damaged. Reminder:  you will be charged for any weather related damage you cause to our equipment. When leaving items outside for pick-up please cover them with a waterproof coverage.

Delivery / Pickup

Delivery: is available on any size rental for an additional fee depending on the delivery location.

Delivery Charges: Based on a 15 yard or less walking distance and does not include set up or break down (with the exception of tents). We reserve the right to add charges onto difficult deliveries (stairs, long walking distance, etc.)


Deliveries: Are made within our business hours, if special deliveries are needed not within our business hours it is available for an additional charge and must be arranged in advance. During our busy season (May thru Sept.) our delivery schedule fills up quickly, for the best chance of availability please plan accordingly.

Pickup: Customer is to put all rented items in the same manner as it was left at delivery to avoid additional charges. (in the case of weather conditions, see weather conditions under rental conditions)
